“When a man is free from attachment, his mind rests firmly in the knowledge of God, and when his actions are like the yagya made to God, he is truly emancipated and all his actions cease to be.”
When a man is free from attachment, his mind is also free from unwanted weight-age. As attachment is only the one that gives rise to negative effects on mind and body. And when we are free from it then the mind is also from from the garbage of negative emotions And when actions os this man are like yagya made to God, obviously his action then would be like yagya as he would never want anything for his own selfishness. and thus his all action would cease to be.
“Since both the dedication and the oblation itself are God and it is the Godlike teacher who offers the oblation to the fire which is also God, the attainment, too, of the man whose mind is set on Godlike action is God himself.”
Just like the teacher who offers oblation to God in the yagya fire is like God himself, and the fire that consumes the oblation is also God; the same way the man who does action as if it is Godlike is God himself.
The same way what we believe that what we think is what we become.
Hi there! Do you mind if I post about this to my facebook group? I think they would find this interesting.
